Unloading formwork supporting system and construction method thereof
The invention discloses an unloading formwork supporting system and a construction method thereof. The unloading formwork supporting system comprises a plurality of steel wire ropes, a formwork supporting frame, a plurality of unloading rings and a plurality of wall connecting pieces, wherein the formwork supporting frame is built between a concrete to-be-poured layer and a floor supporting layer,and the unloading rings and the wall connecting pieces are pre-buried in all spring layers. The formwork supporting frame is connected with the corresponding spring layers through the wall connectingpieces and provided with a plurality of supporting joints, and the corresponding supporting joints are connected with the corresponding unloading rings through the steel wire ropes. One end of each steel wire rope is connected with the corresponding supporting joint, and the other end of each steel wire rope is connected with the corresponding unloading ring higher than the supporting joint. According to the unloading formwork supporting system, the formwork supporting frame can be effectively unloaded, the load applied to the floor supporting layer by the formwork supporting frame is reduced, thus the floor supporting layer does not need to be reinforced, the construction cost is reduced, and the construction period is shortened.
