Adjustable loading device for pile foundation horizontal static load test and test method
The invention relates to an adjustable loading device for a pile foundation horizontal static load test. The adjustable loading device comprises a loading system, a counterforce system, and a measurement system; the loading system consists of a centre hole jack, a bearing screw, a force transferring nut, a cross beam, and two cross beam brackets; the cross beam is of a steel truss structure, and radial circular through holes are formed in the middle of the cross beam at equal intervals; the counterforce system is composed of a standard channel, two triangular counterforce frames and counterforce frame fixing screws; the side faces of the two triangular counterforce frames are opposite, the two triangular counterforce frames are arranged in parallel, and the triangular counterforce frames are fixed to the standard channel through the counterforce frame fixing screws, and the cross beam is disposed on the cross beam brackets and abuts against the stress surfaces of the counterforce frames; one end of the bearing screw sequentially passes through the force transferring nut, the centre hole jack and a cross beam longitudinal centre hole to be connected with a force sensor and a test pile, and the side, away from the pile, the jack is connected with the force transferring nut; and the force sensor is connected with a computer through a dynamic strain meter. The adjustable loading device can meet test requirements of multiple different pile foundations under existing test foundation pit and channel conditions.
