Intelligent pile foundation static load test pile loading system and method
The invention discloses an intelligent pile foundation static load test stacking system and method. According to the system, cylinder bodies of two telescopic hydraulic cylinders are in butt joint with the center of a transverse containing cavity of a mechanical arm; the two movable arms are inserted into the transverse containing cavity and connected with the piston rod ends of the two telescopic hydraulic cylinders correspondingly. The lifting ring is mounted at the upper end of the fixed arm through a slewing bearing; two axial flow fans are mounted at the upper parts of the two ends of the fixed arm; the two inserting hooks are symmetrically distributed below the outer end of the movable arm, and the horizontal sections of the inserting hooks are inserting heads; the camera probe is mounted in the center of the lower end face of the fixed arm; the control unit comprises a camera probe, a distance measuring sensor, a hydraulic pump station, an electromagnetic directional valve, a displacement sensor, wind speed sensors A and B and a controller. The method comprises the following steps: acquiring image data below in real time, measuring and calculating the data based on an image recognition technology, and displaying the data through the display terminal to assist a driver to quickly implement stacking operation. The system and the method can efficiently assist a crane driver in implementing stacking operation, and have wide social and economic values.
