The invention relates to a small steel rail online milling vehicle. The whole vehicle is composed of a section of vehicle. The whole vehicle comprises a front cab, a rear cab, a steel rail circumference milling device, a driven bogie 2, a driving bogie frame 3, a vehicle body 5 and the like. The bottom surfaces of the front and rear cabs are lower than the mounting planes of the bogie and the frame 3, the steel rail circumference milling device is installed below the frame 3, an electric room, an air compressor, a generator set, a hydraulic pump station and a scrap iron bin are installed on the vehicle body 5 from left to right, and the generator set serves as a power source and supplies power to the steel rail circumference milling device, the air compressor, the driving bogie, the hydraulic pump station and the like. According to the small steel rail online milling vehicle, the maximum length, width and height of the whole vehicle are smaller than 13500 mm * 2300 mm * 2700 mm and smaller than the size of a No.45 container; in order to reduce the height of the whole vehicle, the vehicle cabs are installed in a sinking mode, and cab doors are installed on two end faces; and the small steel rail online milling vehicle faces the light and flexible steel rail milling maintenance direction, is mainly applied to subway lines, and has the advantages of being clean and environmentallyfriendly.
