The invention provides a hydraulic static pile driver long spiral drill pipe grouting device and grouting method. The device comprises a static pile driver, a high-pressure grouting pump and a mortarstirrer. The static pile driver is provided with a power head and a long spiral drill pipe. The power head is connected with the long spiral drill pipe. A discharge port of the mortar stirrer is connected with a feeding port of the high-pressure grouting pump, a discharge port of the high-pressure grouting pump is connected with the top of the long spiral drill pipe through a grouting pipe, and the high-pressure grouting pump and the mortar stirrer are respectively arranged on the static pile driver. The high-pressure grouting pump sprays cement slurry stirred by the slurry stirrer into a force holding pile end of a concrete pipe pile through a grouting hole by sequentially using the grouting pipe and the long spiral drill pipe, the force holding pile end of the concrete pipe pile is plugged to prevent water from permeating a pile end force holding layer and weakening the pile end force holding layer, and the bearing capacity and stability of the single concrete pipe pile are ensured.The grouting device and the grouting method are of great significance in the pile pressing-in aspect of constructional engineering, and are suitable for wide application.
本发明的液压静力压桩机长螺旋钻杆注浆装置及注浆方法，包括静压桩机、高压注浆泵和灰浆搅拌机，静压桩机设有动力头和长螺旋钻杆，动力头连接长螺旋钻杆，灰浆搅拌机出料口连接高压注浆泵的入料口，高压注浆泵的出料口通过注浆管连接长螺旋钻杆顶部，高压注浆泵和灰浆搅拌机分别设在静压桩机上。高压注浆机将灰浆搅拌机搅拌好的水泥浆依次经注浆管和长螺旋钻杆通过注浆孔喷入混凝土管桩的持力桩端内，将混凝土管柱持力端封堵，避免水渗透桩端持力层，弱化桩端持力层，确保单个混凝土管柱的承载力和稳固性，该注浆装置和注浆方法在建筑工程压桩方面具有重大意义，适合广泛使用。
