The invention relates to the technical field of concrete construction, and discloses a synchronous spiral grouting method and a grouting pipe.The synchronous spiral grouting method comprises the steps that firstly, a material A and a material B are injected into a first cavity and a second cavity which are separated in a sealed mode respectively, and slurry in the first cavity flows into the second cavity in a one-way mode through a hollow shaft and a spiral blade; 2, when the material feeding amount in the second cavity reaches the preset volume of the second cavity, adding of the material A and the material B is stopped, and a material A and material B discharging opening of the second cavity is sealed; step 3, controlling the hollow shaft and the homodromous spiral blade to rotate reversely, and refluxing and mixing the material A and the material B; and 4, after preset time, an AB material discharging opening is opened, the hollow shaft and the same-direction spiral blade are controlled to conduct forward rotation discharging, and a stirring rod on the hollow shaft cleans and stirs the conical discharging section of the second cavity. According to the scheme, AB slurry is stirred and mixed for multiple times through positive and negative rotation of the hollow shaft and the homodromous spiral blades and the stirring rods, so that the AB slurry is fully mixed, and the quality of the grouting sleeve and a prefabricated part is improved.
