The clamping grooves matched with the clamping strips on the box body are annularly formed in the vertical walls of the four sidesof the brick; the whole device can be pulled to move and the box body can be pulled to rotate through the push rod, bricks placed in the box body can be placed in a limited mode, the bricks are prevented from falling off or being damaged due to mutual collision in the transferring process, and the transferring integrity is guaranteed.
本发明提供一种烧结煤矸石砖复合保温砌砖及其转运装置,涉及复合保温砖技术领域,以解决在转运过中极易因为磕碰而致使复合保温砌砖的防火保温结构破损,致使其结构缺失,此外,由于砖体在平滑性致使砖体在运输过程中易发生滑动,从而可能脱落,而通常的转运装置多为平车或者推车,在装卸料的过程中不能和普通砖体一般进行随意装填的问题,包括车架体;所述车架体的左端棱边处和右端棱边处分别对称安装有限位板。本发明中由于砌砖四侧竖壁上环形开设有与箱体上的卡条相适应的卡槽,可通过推杆拉动整个装置移动和拉动箱体进行转动,可将放置在箱体中的砌砖进行限位放置,避免砌砖在转运过程发生脱落或者因互相碰撞而发生破损,保证转运的完整性。
