The invention relates to low-grade mixed sand concrete capable of being poured in a large-fall free tilting manner and a detection method. The concrete is prepared by mixing cement, mineral powder, fly ash, silica fume, metakaolin, coarse aggregate, low-grade mixed sand, a gravel conditioning agent, a flocculating agent, water and an additive, each cubic meter of the concrete is prepared from the following components by mass: 220 to 280 kg of cement, 60 to 100 kg of mineral powder, 60 to 100 kg of fly ash, 20 to 50 kg of silica fume, 20 to 50 kg of metakaolin, 720 to 780 kg of coarse aggregate, 1000 to 1100 kg of low-grade mixed sand, 2 to 5 kg of a gravel conditioning agent, 3 to 10 kg of a flocculating agent, 155 to 175 kg of water and 7 to 15 kg of an additive. The low-grade mixed sand is composed of stone chips and coarse machine-made sand, and the ratio of the stone chips to the coarse machine-made sand is 1: (2-3). The concrete is excellent in workability, and the phenomenon of slurry-bone separation does not occur when the concrete freely tilts and falls under a large fall. According to the detection method for the segregation resistance of the large-fall free-falling concrete, the pouring quality of the large-fall free-falling concrete is ensured.
本发明涉及一种能大落差自由倾落浇筑的低品位混合砂混凝土及检测方法,混凝土由水泥、矿粉、粉煤灰、硅灰、偏高岭土、粗骨料、低品位混合砂、砂石调节剂、絮凝剂、水和外加剂拌制而成,每立方米混凝土中各组份质量如下:水泥220~280kg、矿粉60~100kg、粉煤灰60~100kg、硅灰20~50kg、偏高岭土20~50kg、粗骨料720~780kg、低品位混合砂1000~1100kg、砂石调节剂2~5kg、絮凝剂3~10kg、水155~175kg、外加剂7~15kg;所述低品位混合砂由石屑和粗机制砂组成,石屑和粗机制砂的比例为1:(2~3)。该混凝土和易性优良,在大落差下自由倾落不出现浆骨分离的现象。本发明的大落差自由倾落混凝土抗离析性的检测方法,确保了大落差自由倾落下混凝土的浇筑质量。
