The invention discloses a switch rail heel end structure for a tramcar turnout. The turnout comprises a stock rail, a switch rail and a base plate. The switch rail heel end structure comprises spacer iron, a buckle plate piece, a fixing piece and a vertical wall. In the prior art, the spacer iron is usually connected to the rail web of the stock rail through bolts, however, the first pressing tongue of the spacer iron is buckled and pressed on the rail bottom of the stock rail, so that the stock rail is fixed, and the problem that the matching position of the spacer iron and the rail web of the stock rail needs to be repeatedly ground and reworked is solved; the fixing piece is matched with a second pressing tongue of the buckle plate piece, so that the switch rail is fixed to the spacer, and the fixing piece and the buckle plate piece are designed in a split mode, so that manufacturing and assembling of all parts and disassembling and maintaining of the switch rail are facilitated; and the vertical wall and a vertical wall cover plate are movably arranged, so that a worker can conveniently turn over to open or disassemble the vertical wall cover plate, and the switch rail is maintained and replaced.
