Cross crossover turnout for tramcar and light rail line
The invention provides a cross crossover turnout for tramcars and light rail lines. The cross crossover turnout comprises stock rails and switch rails. The stock rails which are parallel at intervals and the switch rails of the rhombic cross structures intersect to form four single frogs. The four single frogs comprise switches, acute frogs, obtuse frogs and guard rails; the distance L between the rail centers of the spaced and parallel stock rails ranges from 3600 mm to 4000 mm; the radius R of a guide curve of the switch rail is 45000 to 60000 mm; the frog angle alpha of the single frog is 8 degrees, 7 '48 ''to 9 degrees, 27' 44''; the switch rail is directly connected with the obtuse frog, and the obtuse frog is directly connected with the acute frog without a transfer rail; a straight stock rail working edge and a curved stock rail working edge of the stock rail respectively deviate outwards by a distance D and are tightly attached to and connected with the end part of the switch rail so as to thicken the switch rail; and the switch rail is seamlessly and directly connected with the single frog to form an elastic bendable switch rail structure. The safety and stability of a vehicle when the vehicle passes through the cross crossover are effectively improved; the service life of cross crossover parts is effectively prolonged; and the construction requirements of seamless turnouts are met.
