The invention relates to the technical field of foundation pit support, and discloses a SMW method pile and grouting steel pipe supporting combined support construction method. The method comprises the following steps: 1) design and construction of a SMW method pile; 2) construction of steel pipes; 3) steel pipe grouting; 4) casting of a top beam; 5) sectionally excavating soil in layers; 6) construction of a preassemble type steel plate, a reinforcing bar cushion layer and a water-tight steel plate; on the basis of a SMW method pile support, the steel pipe for supporting an upper end of the SMW method pile is arranged, and the SMW method pile supports a side wall soil layer of the foundation pit; the other end of the steel pipe is embedded in the soil to form support to a top part of theSMW method pile, moreover, the other end of the steel pipe comprises a plurality of grout discharging holes, when cement grout is injected into the steel pipe through high pressure, the cement grout flows out through the grout discharging holes, the cement grout hardens the soil layer, thus, bearing capacity of the soil in such range is improved, supporting effect of the steel pipe to the SMW method pile is better, consequently, the supporting effect of the SMW method pile to the side wall soil layer of the foundation pit can be better, and a problem that a top of the foundation pit is liableto deform is solved.
