The invention provides a scheme for additionally arranging a central ditch in a tunnel without interrupting traffic and a rapid construction method. The method comprises the following steps that S1, setting-out is carried out on a road surface to determine the position of the central ditch; S2, a road surface structure layer and an inverted arch backfill body are quickly broken to form a central ditch groove; S3, the surfaces of pipe joint bayonets of prefabricated concrete members are coated with a binder, and the prefabricated concrete members are hoisted and placed into the central ditch groove; S4, the central ditch is formed by butting two adjacent prefabricated concrete members; S5, a gap between the central ditch and the wall surface of the central ditch groove is filled; S6, transverse drainage grooves are transversely excavated at certain gradient values between existing roadside ditches on the two sides of the tunnel and the central ditch groove respectively; S7, transverse drainage pipes are placed in the transverse drainage grooves, one ends of the transverse drainage pipes are connected with existing side drainage ditches, and the other ends of the transverse drainagepipes are connected into reserved holes of the central ditch; and S8, the excavated road surface is restored. According to the scheme, the technical problem that when the drainage ditches are re-arranged in the tunnel, traffic passage is influenced due to long-time road interruption construction can be solved.
