The invention discloses an efficient preparation method of titanium gypsum for cement, which belongs to the technical field of building material preparation, and comprises the following steps: dissolving titanium gypsum in water to prepare titanium gypsum slurry with a certain mass fraction; adding an acid solution with a certain volume and concentration into the prepared titanium gypsum slurry; and stirring the titanium gypsum slurry added with the acid solution at a certain temperature for a certain time, precipitating, filtering, washing, drying and grinding to obtain the titanium gypsum for cement. Compared with the prior art, the titanium gypsum prepared by the invention can completely replace natural gypsum or desulfurized gypsum to be used as a retarder of cement, and has no negative influence on related properties of the cement. Meanwhile, the content of sulfur trioxide (SO3) in the titanium gypsum prepared by the method is relatively high, so that the use amount of gypsum is effectively reduced, and the production cost of cement is saved. In addition, the method is simple, easy to operate, high in efficiency and low in cost, and has great industrial popularization value.
