The invention discloses a metal composite insulation board and a manufacturing process thereof. The metal composite insulation board comprises a facing layer, a lining panel, an insulation layer, a first face, a second face, a first clamping block, a first clamping groove, a third face, a fourth face, a second clamping block and a second clamping groove. The manufacturing process of the metal composite insulation board comprises the steps of (1) preassembling a board; (2) conveying and discharging; (3) performing hot pressing on the board; (4) cutting off the board; (5) trimming the board; (6) pressing the edges of the board; and (7) bundling the board. According to the metal composite insulation board adopting a PU board as an insulation material, compared with an existing insulation board, the metal composite insulation board has the advantages of light weight, energy conservation, heat insulation, high weather resistance, good decoration performance and convenience in construction, continuous production is more suitable for large-scale and standardized board production, the increasing market requirements can be met, and compared with an existing insulation board production mode, the production efficiency of double-track continuous production is high.
