The invention relates to a tunnel bridge screen scarifier. The screen scarifier comprises a frame (1), wherein the frame (1) comprises a front half part and a rear half part by taking a middle part asa boundary; the front half part is provided with a working device, the rear half part is provided with a power device, the front end and the rear end below the frame (1) are respectively provided with a bogie (4), the middle part is provided with an excavating device (2), and an excavating measuring trolley (17) is arranged below the frame (1) between the excavating device (2) and the bogie (4) at the rear end. According to the invention, mechanical screen cleaning of railway tunnels and bridge ballasts can be realized. By arranging the excavating measuring trolley, the reasonable operation space between an excavation guide groove and a sleeper is guaranteed, and the excavation guide groove is prevented from colliding with the end of the sleeper. By adopting a jet fan, the technical effects of ventilation and rapid smoke discharge in case of emergency fire are achieved. By adoption of a drainage ditch excavating device, railway ballasts at a water outlet after excavation of the screenscarifier are excavated loosely, the labor intensity is reduced, and the ballast bed drainage performance is improved.
