A railway screen cleaning machine comprises a main machine body, a mechanical arm, a screen cleaning cutter head, a chassis frame and a crawler belt, and two hydraulic cylinders are symmetrically, vertically and downwards arranged on one side of the chassis frame; a cylinder head of the hydraulic cylinder is downwards and fixedly provided with a mounting frame; a ballast loosening device is arranged on one side of the mounting frame; a motor-driven ballast loosening device is arranged in the mounting frame; two rows of ballast loosening drill rods are downwards arranged on the side, away from the ballast loosening device, of the mounting frame. In the process that the screen cleaning machine conducts screen cleaning treatment on slab stone ballasts on the lower side between a rail and sleepers, the screen cleaning machine gradually retreats relative to the screen cleaning working direction, meanwhile, lifting of the mounting frame is controlled through the hydraulic cylinder, when a plowshare of the ballasts loosening device corresponds to a gap between the sleepers, the hydraulic cylinder controls the mounting frame to descend, and the ballasts are loosened. The motor drives the ballast loosening device to rotate, and the transmission belt drives the plowshares arranged on the transmission belt to rotate, so that slabstone ballast between sleepers is ploughed, subsequent work of the screen cleaning machine is facilitated, the efficiency of screen cleaning work is improved, and labor input is reduced.
一种铁路清筛机,包括主机体、机械臂、清筛刀盘、底盘架、履带,底盘架一侧对称竖直向下设置有两个液压缸;液压缸的缸头向下固定设置有安装架;安装架一侧设置有松碴装置;安装架内设置有电机驱动松碴装置;安装架远离松碴装置一侧向下设置有两排松碴钎。本发明在清筛机对铁轨与枕木间下侧的板结石碴进行清筛处理的过程中,清筛机会相对清筛工作的方向步渐后退,同时通过液压缸来控制安装架的升降,在松碴装置的犁头对应枕木间的间隙时,液压缸控制安装架下降,电机驱动松碴装置转动,传动带带动其上设置的多个犁头转动,将枕木间的板结石碴犁开,便于后续清筛机的工作,增加清筛工作的效率,减少人工的投入。
