A material guide plate arranged on the machine frame is arranged between a discharging port of the feeding bin and a feeding cylinder port, a gear ring is arranged on the screen cleaning roller, a gear is meshed with the gear ring, and a power assembly which controls the gear to rotate and is arranged on the machine frame is connected to the gear in a transmission mode. A waste conveying ramp fixedly connected to the machine frame is arranged below the screen cleaning roller, one end of the waste conveying ramp is arranged below the screen cleaning roller, and the other end of the waste conveying ramp extends in the direction opposite to the screen cleaning roller.
