A vehicle body, a screening assembly, a material conveying assembly and a clearing and digging assembly form a whole, the clearing and digging assembly and the screening assembly are installed at the two ends of the vehicle body respectively, and the clearing and digging assembly is used for digging railway ballasts in a track lifting bed and sending the railway ballasts into the screening assembly for vibration screening work; the material conveying assembly is assembled on the discharging side of the screening assembly and used for conveying and screening entered small-particle ballasts, and the material conveying assembly is movably installed on the vehicle body and can move in the horizontal direction and the vertical direction so as to control the discharging place of the conveyed small-particle ballasts discharged from the conveying tail end side. The excavator is mainly used for cleaning of railway tunnels, crossroads, bridges and in-station lines, radial excavation can be achieved, excavation in any direction in a driving plane can be achieved, parallel excavation can be achieved, and excavation efficiency can be improved. Small particles, broken sand and qualified large-particle ballasts which do not meet requirements in the ballasts can be effectively screened through the vibration type screening hopper, and the ballasts are fed in different ways, so that the purpose of cyclic utilization is achieved.
本发明公开一种道砟清筛机由车体、筛分组件、输料组件和清挖组件组成一个整体,清挖组件和筛分组件分别安装于车体的两端,清挖组件用于挖掘起道床内道砟并将其送入至筛分组件内进行振动过筛工作;输料组件装配于筛分组件的出料侧,用于将输送过筛进入的小颗粒砟石,且输料组件活动安装于车体上,并可在水平方向和竖直方向发生移动以控制输送的小颗粒砟石在输送末端侧排出的落料地点,本发明主要用于铁路隧道、岔道、桥梁、站内线路清筛作用,本发明不仅可以实现径向挖掘,同时可以实现行驶平面内的任意方向挖掘,包含平行挖掘,自带震动式筛斗有效将砟石中不合要求的小颗粒、碎砂与合格的大颗粒碴石进行筛分并分道送料以实现循环利用目的。
