The invention discloses a long-service-life balanced tundish which comprises a tundish main body. The tundish main body comprises a permanent layer, a work layer is arranged on the inner side of the permanent layer, work layer parts located on the tundish bottom, tundish wall and slag line portions are formed by laying different dry materials, and a plurality of brick cups are evenly arranged in the middle of a cavity of the work layer, the inlet end of the tundish main body is provided with an integral current stabilizer, the permanent layer of the tundish main body is fixedly provided with an impact plate located below the integral current stabilizer, the lower portion of the tundish main body is provided with a sliding block, and a water feeding port is fixedly arranged in the sliding block. Erosion of molten steel on the work layer, particularly scouring erosion to the work layer part near the impact area can be reduced, a combined sliding block zirconium core is adopted, the waterfeeding port is in close fit with the sliding block, steel clamping at the contact face position of the sliding block and the water feeding port is avoided, the service life of the water feeding portis prolonged, and therefore the purpose of effectively prolonging the continuous using time of the tundish is achieved.
本发明公开了一种长寿命均衡性的中间包,包括中间包主体,所述中间包主体包括永久层,所述永久层的内侧设置有工作层,位于包底、包壁和渣线部位的所述工作层选用不同的干式料砌筑而成,所述工作层的腔体中部均匀设置有多个座砖;所述中间包主体的入口端设置有整体式稳流器,所述中间包主体的永久层在所述整体式稳流器的下方固定设置有冲击板,所述中间包主体的下部设置有滑块,所述滑块内固定设置有上水口。本发明可以减少钢水对工作层的侵蚀,尤其是对冲击区附近工作层的冲刷侵蚀,此外采用组合式滑块锆芯,上水口与滑块密切配合,避免滑块与上水口接触面处的夹钢,延长了上水口的工作寿命,以达到有效延长中间包的连续使用时间的目的。
