According to the dry material, the service time of the tundish can be greatly prolonged and can reach 50 hours or more, the erosion of an impact area and a slag line position is relatively shallow and is about 1/3 of the construction thickness, the tundish wall is basically not eroded, the temperature of a tundish shell is lower than 280 DEG C, the potential safety hazard of the tundish is solved, meanwhile, the cost of refractory materials per ton of steel is reduced, and the tundish runs safely.
