The method includes: laying sensing optical fibers in a pouring area of the steel tube-concrete laminated column; receiving an optical signal of the sensing optical fibers, analyzing the optical signal to obtain data information by anoptical fiber sensing detection unit, and sending the data information to a real-time data analysis processing unit; and determining the vibrating position of a vibrating rod and the pouring height of concrete according to the data information by a real-time data analyzing and processing unit. The sensing optical fibers are arranged on the inner side and the outer side of the steel tube respectively, the vibrating position of the vibrating rod in the concrete pouring process is monitored, the concrete pouring height is monitored, and meanwhile the time interval during concrete layered pouringcan be judged. The sensing optical fibers on the inner side of the steel tube can be arranged in a vertical lifting mode and are arranged along the inner wall of the steel pipe in multiple strips, when the vibrating rod vibrates on the inner side of the steel tube, the vibrating position of the vibrating rod can be judged according to different amplitudes sensed by each strip of sensing optical fiber, and the measurement is precise.
