Regenerated micro-powder concrete mixed material and preparation method thereof
The invention discloses a recycled micro-powder concrete mixed material which comprises the following components in parts by mass: 500-700 parts of Portland cement, 200-300 parts of coarse aggregate, 50-80 parts of fine aggregate, 30-50 parts of recycled aggregate micro-powder, 20-40 parts of high-temperature-resistant fiber, 20-40 parts of silicon carbide, 400-800 parts of fly ash, 10-16 parts of an additive, 4-8 parts of calcium carbonate, 2-4 parts of zinc sulfate and 300-500 parts of water. The invention also discloses a preparation method of the concrete mixed material, which comprises the following steps: weighing the Portland cement, the coarse aggregate, the fine aggregate, the recycled aggregate micro powder, the additive and the water according to the proportion, stirring and mixing to obtain a first mixture; weighing the high-temperature-resistant fibers and the silicon carbide according to the proportion, heating and mixing to obtain a second mixture; adding fly ash into the second mixture to obtain a third mixture; and stirring and mixing the first mixture and the third mixture. The concrete mixed material not only has strong compression resistance and tensile resistance, but also has good crack resistance and heat resistance, and also can reduce the generation of concrete cracks.
