Sludge ash ceramsite filter material and preparation method thereof
The invention belongs to the technical field of water pollution purification materials, and particularly relates to a sludge ash ceramsite filter material and a preparation method thereof. The ceramsite filter material is prepared from the following raw materials: 10 to 40 wt% of sludge ash and 60 to 90 wt% of engineering spoil. The preparation method of the ceramsite comprises the following steps: crushing the sludge ash and the engineering spoil according to a ratio and then mixing; grinding the mixture until the residue content on a 80-micron screen is 15-30%, and preparing raw material spheres with the particle size of 0.5-9.0 mm by using a disc granulator; drying the raw material spheres, putting the dried raw material spheres into a muffle furnace, raising the temperature from 20 DEGC to 200-700 DEG C, and keeping the temperature for 5-15 minutes; and then raising the temperature to 1,050-1,150 DEG C, performing heat preservation for 5-20 min, and then natural cooling to the normal temperature. The residual organic carbon in the sludge ash is utilized to improve the pore structure in the ceramsite filter material, and iron, calcium, magnesium and other elements with a melting assisting function in the sludge ash are utilized to lower the firing temperature of the ceramsite filter material.
本发明属于水污染净化材料技术领域,特别涉及一种污泥灰渣陶粒滤料及其制备方法。该陶粒滤料的原料包括10‑40wt%的污泥灰渣及60‑90wt%的工程弃土;该陶粒的制备方法包括如下步骤:将污泥灰渣和工程弃土按照配比破碎后混合;混合料粉磨至80μm筛余15%‑30%,用圆盘造粒机制成0.5‑9.0mm的生料球体;将生料球体烘干并放入马弗炉中,从20℃升温至200℃‑700℃,保温5‑15min;再升温至焙1050℃‑1150℃,保温5‑20min后,自然冷却到常温。本发明利用污泥灰渣中的剩余有机碳提高陶粒滤料内部的孔隙结构,以及污泥灰渣中的铁钙镁等具有助融功能的元素来降低陶粒滤料的烧成温度。
