The invention discloses a novel waterworks sludge-charcoal-based ceramsite filter material, and belongs to the technical field of solid waste pollutant resource reutilization, the raw materials comprise waterworks sludge, cedar wood powder and sodium bentonite, the mass ratio of the waterworks sludge to the sodium bentonite is (8-12): 1, the mass ratio of the biochar powder to the sodium bentonite is (8-12): 1, and the mass ratio of the biochar powder to the sodium bentonite is (8-12): 1. The mass of the cedarwood powder is 2-4% of the total mass of the waterworks sludge, the cedarwood powder and the sodium bentonite; the water supply plant sludge is adopted as a raw material to prepare the filter material, solid waste pollutants are recycled, the prepared filter material has a porous structure, a larger attachment area is provided for aquatic organisms and microorganisms, and the function of the filter material serving as a biological membrane carrier is met; meanwhile, the compressive strength can reach 70N; a biofilm formation starting test is carried out in a BAF (Biological Aerated Filter) device, the material can be used as a ceramsite filter material for successful biofilm formation, the treatment effect is stable, the COD (Chemical Oxygen Demand) removal rate can reach 81.6 percent, and the ammonia nitrogen removal rate can reach 87.9 percent.
本发明公开了一种新型自来水厂污泥‑生物炭基陶粒滤料,属于固废污染物资源化再利用技术领域,原料包括自来水厂污泥、柏木粉和钠基膨润土,所述自来水厂污泥与所述钠基膨润土的质量比为(8~12):1,所述柏木粉的质量为所述自来水厂污泥、柏木粉和钠基膨润土总质量的2~4%;本发明采用自来水厂污泥为原料制备滤料,实现了固废污染物资源化再利用,制备的滤料具有多孔结构,有利于为水生生物及微生物提供更大的附着面积,满足其作为生物膜载体等功能;同时,其抗压强度可达70N;在BAF装置开展挂膜启动试验,该材料作为陶粒滤料可以成功挂膜且处理效果稳定,COD去除率可达81.6%,氨氮去除率可达87.9%。
