The invention provides an installation method and an installation structure of foundation penetrating type embedded sleeves, and relates to the technical field of frame type equipment installation. The installation method comprises the step that a bottom formwork is laid; a plurality of sleeve seats are installed on the bottom formwork; a reinforcement cage is bound on the bottom formwork; side formworks are supported; the plurality of sleeves penetrate through the reinforcement cage, so that the lower end of each sleeve is inserted into the corresponding sleeve seat; a tie fixing frame is installed at the upper ends of the plurality of sleeves; concrete pouring is carried out; and after the concrete is solidified, the tie fixing frame is dismantled. The installation structure comprises the bottom formwork, the plurality of sleeve seats, the reinforcement cage, the side formworks, the plurality of sleeves and the tie fixing frame; the plurality of sleeve seats are fixedly arranged on the bottom formwork, and the reinforcement cage is arranged on the bottom formwork; the side formworkss are arranged around the reinforcement cage; the lower end of each sleeve is inserted into the corresponding sleeve seat; and the plurality of sleeves are connected into a whole by the tie fixing frame. The installation method is high in positioning precision of the sleeves. The installation structure is favorable for improving the positioning precision of the sleeves.
