Corrugated steel web honeycomb beam floor support plate and manufacturing method and using method thereof
The invention relates to a corrugated steel web honeycomb beam floor support plate and a manufacturing method and application thereof. The floor support plate comprises a corrugated steel web honeycomb beam, wherein the corrugated steel web honeycomb beam is a honeycomb beam which is similar to an H shape and is formed by an upper flange steel plate, a lower flange steel plate and a honeycomb holecorrugated steel web. The manufacturing method comprises the following steps of: punching honeycomb holes on a strip-shaped steel plate, bending, and welding and connecting the strip-shaped steel plate with the upper flange steel plate and the lower flange steel plate to form the corrugated steel web honeycomb beam; and drilling fixing holes on the lower flange steel plate, and fixing a floor template through a suspension screw. The using method comprises the following steps of: hoisting the corrugated steel web honeycomb beam, placing the corrugated steel web honeycomb beam on a steel structure girder, fixedly connecting, suspending the floor template, binding a reinforcing mesh, arranging pipelines, pouring concrete, hardening, and detaching the floor template. The corrugated steel webhoneycomb beam floor support plate has high rigidity and flat plate bottom, is easy and convenient to manufacture and low in manufacturing cost, and is quickly constructed during use; and the floor template can be detached and recycled, so that quick construction of floors of steel structure super high-rise buildings is realized.
本发明涉及了一种波形钢腹板蜂窝梁楼承板及其制造方法和应用,楼承板:包括波形钢腹板蜂窝梁;波形钢腹板蜂窝梁为由上翼缘钢板、下翼缘钢板、蜂窝孔波形钢腹板构成类似H型的蜂窝梁。制造方法:条带状钢板上冲蜂窝孔后弯折,再与上翼缘钢板和下翼缘钢板焊接相连,形成波形钢腹板蜂窝梁;下翼缘钢板上钻固定孔,通过悬吊螺杆固定楼面模板。使用方法:吊装波形钢腹板蜂窝梁搁置在钢结构大梁上后固定连接,悬挂楼面模板,绑扎钢筋网,布置管线,浇筑混凝土,硬化后,拆下楼面模板。本发明的波形钢腹板蜂窝梁楼承板,刚度大,板底平整;制造简单方便,造价低;使用时,施工快速,楼面模板可拆卸重复利用,实现钢结构超高层建筑的楼面的快速施工。
