The invention discloses a technology of producing a sintered thermal insulation block and a gravel with a construction waste residue, and relates to the field of a gravel production technology. The technology provided by the invention comprises a first crushing work procedure, a first screening work procedure, a circulation work procedure, a second crushing work procedure, a second screening workprocedure, a burdening work procedure, an aging work procedure, a molding work procedure, a drying work procedure and a sintering work procedure. The technology provided by the invention has the beneficial effects of using the construction waste residue, being beneficial for reduction of solid waste discharge in a building constructing process, improving resource utilization efficiency; the technology not only can obtain bricks, but also can obtain various products, such as construction gravels; in the technology, an additive is added while molding is executed, and compressive strength of a molded product is improved more than 5% in comparison with a product without the additive; the finished bricks prepared through the technology have a thermal insulation function, and a heat conductivitycoefficient of the finished bricks is less than 0.4W/m.K; and apparent density of the finished bricks prepared through the technology is low, is less than 900kg/m3, ad more than 50% of dead weight issaved in comparison with the conventional bricks.
