The invention discloses a high-stability kerb and a construction method thereof, and relates to the technical field of road construction. According to the technical scheme, the high-stability kerb comprises a kerb body, the kerb body comprises a kerb top wall and a kerb bottom wall, a side wall of the kerb body comprises a fixing wall used for being fixed to a sidewalk, a top hole is formed in thekerb top wall, a side hole is formed in the fixing wall, and the side hole is connected with the top hole; and a first pipe is arranged in the top hole in a penetrating mode, a second pipe is arranged in the side hole in a penetrating mode, the inner portions of the first pipe and the second pipe are connected to form an injection channel, and two ends of the injection channel are an orifice of the top hole and the orifice of the side hole respectively. In the invention, cement mortar can enter the bottom of a contact part of the sidewalk and the kerb more easily so that the kerb is mounted more stably; the installation stability of the kerb is further improved through inserting of the bottom of the first pipe and an installation hole and fixing of cement; and the first pipe and the second pipe form a skeleton structure in the kerb body so that impact resistance of the kerb is improved.
