The invention relates to a composite pipe pile with a reinforcing structure in a weak stratum, and belongs to the technical field of pipe piles. The composite pipe pile comprises a plurality of pipe piles bodies mutually connected in the vertical direction; each pipe pile body comprises a pile body and a hollow pipe pile end plate connected to the two ends of the pile body; the pile body and the inner wall of the pipe pile end plate enclose a pile inner cavity; a reinforcing component is arranged inside the pile body; the reinforcing component comprises a plurality of reinforcing rods arrangedalong the length direction of the pile inner cavity and connected to the inner wall of the pile body and a plurality of reinforcing frames connected between the reinforcing rods in the same pipe pilebody; a connecting component for connecting two pipe pile bodies is arranged between the reinforcing rods of adjacent pipe pile bodies; and a cement slurry column filled with the pile inner cavity ispoured into each pipe pile body. According to the composite pipe pile with the reinforcing structure in the weak stratum provided by the invention, the interior of the pipe body is reinforced, the connection strength between adjacent pipe pile bodies is improved, the shear capacity of the pipe pile body in the horizontal direction is improved, and therefore the construction quality of a pile foundation is improved.
