Hemihydrate phosphogypsum-based water-resistant cementing material and preparation method thereof
The invention provides a hemihydrate phosphogypsum-based water-resistant cementing material and a preparation method thereof. The cementing material is prepared from, by mass, 60-95% of hemihydrate phosphogypsum, 0-15% of phosphorus slag powder, 1-30% of superfine slag powder, 0-10% of fly ash, 0-10% of Portland cement and 0-10% of quick lime; the contents of the Portland cement and the quick limeare not zero at the same time; and the crystal water content of the hemihydrate phosphogypsum is 4-12%. The hemihydrate phosphogypsum-based cementing material has relatively high strength and softening coefficient under the combined action of the components with the contents.
