Pre-embedded structure for preventing reverse installation of prefabricated parts of fully-prefabricated assembled bridge
The invention discloses a pre-embedded structure for preventing reverse installation of prefabricated parts of a fully-prefabricated assembled bridge. The structure comprises a prefabricated bent cap,a prefabricated upright post and a bearing platform, and pre-embedded cylinders are respectively arranged near symmetrical positions at the bottoms of the prefabricated bent cap and the prefabricatedupright post; and embedded columns are arranged at the positions, corresponding to the embedded cylinders at the bottom of the prefabricated bent cap, of the top of the prefabricated upright post andthe positions, corresponding to the embedded cylinders at the bottom of the prefabricated upright post, of the top of the bearing platform respectively. The structure is simple, the embedded columnscan extend into the embedded cylinders in a one-to-one correspondence mode only when the assembling direction of the prefabricated bent cap, the prefabricated upright post and the bearing platform iscorrect, the embedded columns cannot be installed when the assembling direction is incorrect, and reverse installation of the prefabricated assembled bridge upright post and the bent cap is prevented.
本发明公开了一种全预制拼装桥梁防止预制构件反向安装的预埋构造,包括预制盖梁、预制立柱和承台,所述预制盖梁和所述预制立柱的底部在对称位置附近分别设置有预埋筒体;所述预制立柱的顶部对应所述预制盖梁底部的预埋筒体的位置处及所述承台的顶部对应所述预制立柱底部的预埋筒体的位置处分别设置有预埋柱体。本发明构造简单,只有在预制盖梁、预制立柱和承台拼装方向正确时,预埋柱体才可以一一对应伸入预埋筒体之内,拼装方向不正确时无法安装,有利于防止预制拼装桥梁立柱和盖梁的反向安装。
