Measuring and controlling method for sinking of offshore pile group steel casings without construction platform
The invention relates to the field of steel casing construction, aims at solving the problems that sinking efficiency is low, and sinking precision is difficult to guarantee of the existing offshore steel casings and provides a measuring and controlling method for sinking of offshore pile group steel casings without a construction platform. Two spaced verticality observation devices are arranged on a piling ship, and a connection line between one verticality observation device and a pile lowering point on the piling ship forms an included angle of 90 degrees with a connection line between theother verticality observation device and the pile lowering point on the piling ship; a first steel casing is sunk by the piling ship; a measuring platform is erected on the first steel casing, and data of the measuring platform erected on the first steel casing is obtained by data of the existing control point on the shore; and verticality of a pile is controlled by the verticality observation devices on the piling ship, and sinking of other steel casings are performed by the piling ship until all the steel casings are sunk. The measuring and controlling method have the beneficial effects of high working efficiency and guaranteed sinking precision.
本发明涉及钢护筒施工领域,旨在解决现有远岸钢护筒沉放效率低且沉放精度难以保证的问题,提供一种远岸无施工平台群桩钢护筒沉放的测控方法,在打桩船上设置两个间隔的垂直度观测装置,且使其中一个所述垂直度观测装置和打桩船上的下桩点之间的连线与另一个所述垂直度观测装置和打桩船上的下桩点之间的连线呈90度夹角;通过打桩船沉放第一根钢护筒;在其上搭设测量平台,并通过岸边已有的控制点的数据得出第一根钢护筒上搭设的测量平台的数据;以打桩船上的垂直度观测装置控制桩的垂直度,通过打桩船进行其他钢护筒的沉放,直至所有钢护筒沉放完成。本发明的有益效果是工作效率高,且沉放精度得以保证。
