The structure comprises a plurality of layers of mounting frames arranged on steel bars and water guide pipes arranged on the mounting frames, the mounting frames are in a net shape and comprise a plurality of grids, and supports are detachably arranged on the grids. The water guide pipe is provided with a dismounting frame which can be fixed to the support and drive the support to move, and a U-shaped pipe is connected into the water guide pipe in a sleeved mode. And a fixing mechanism for mounting the U-shaped pipe is arranged on the water guide pipe. Mounting grooves are formed in the four edges of the grid, and mounting rods are integrally formed on the support. The mounting rods can be inserted into the mounting grooves, mounting rings are further integrally formed on the support, and the four mounting rings can limit the water guide pipe. The technical problem that hydration heat is gathered in the pier column is solved.
