Simple slab-pile wall and construction method
The invention discloses a simple slab-pile wall used for rapid reopening after roads collapse and is applicable to conditions that the collapsing engineering volume is large, soil taking is difficult,the inner side is high and steep or the outer side is not easy to backfill. The construction method for the simple slab-pile comprises the steps that locally produced timber piles or bamboo piles areused and sequentially arranged on the slope toe of subgrade of a collapsed road; then all soil-retaining piles are sequentially bound by a binding device so that an integral whole is formed by the soil-retaining piles and the binding device; a layer of super absorbent resin bags are laid on the side where the soil-retaining piles face the subgrade; then anchoring piles are arranged on the inner side of the subgrade; transverse pulling ropes are arranged between the soil-retaining piles and the anchoring piles, and the soil-retaining piles and the anchoring piles are tensioned; multiple layersof filling soil is arranged between the soil-retaining piles and the inner side of the subgrade, and a reinforcing layer with the depth ranging between 2cm and 5cm is added between each two layers offilling soil; and finally, a layer of clay-bound gravels with the depth ranging between 20cm and 30cm are arranged on the filling soil and adopted as the surface layer of the road surface. The construction method for the simple slab-pile wall is simple, effective and convenient to be applied and popularized.
本发明公开了道路坍塌后运用一种简易桩板墙快速抢通，适用于坍塌工程体量大、取土困难、内侧高陡或外侧不易回填的情况。所述简易桩板墙，就地取材木桩或者竹桩，依次设置在坍塌道路路基坡脚；再用捆扎装置将所有挡土桩依次捆扎将所述挡土桩和所述捆扎装置形成一个整体；在所述挡土桩朝向路基侧铺设一层高吸水树脂袋；再设置锚定桩在路基内侧；设置横向拉绳在挡土桩与锚定桩之间，将挡土桩与锚定桩拉紧；在所述挡土桩和路基内侧之间设置多层填土，每层填土之间加入2cm～5cm加强层；最后向填土上设置一层20cm～30cm的泥结碎石作为路面面层。这套简易桩板墙施工方法简单、有效，便于推广使用。
