The invention provides a connecting device of a steel structure module layer and an overhead layer and a connecting method. The connecting device comprises a module column foot connecting part and anoverhead layer column connecting part, wherein the module column foot connecting part is arranged on the module layer, the overhead layer column connecting part is arranged on the overhead layer, theoverhead layer column connecting part is removably connected to the module column foot connecting part, and the module column foot connecting part comprises a module column foot connecting piece whichis arranged at the bottom of the module layer and a module bottom beam which is erected on the module column foot connecting piece. The connecting device has the beneficial effects that an overhead layer frame beam which is only used for connecting a module and the overhead layer is omitted, so that the manufacturing procedure of the overhead layer beam in a factory is effectively reduced, the field installation is simple, and the cost is reduced. By adopting the connecting method, the rigid connection of the overhead layer column bottom and a foundation is formed in the condition that the frame beam is not connected at the bottom, a stable structural system that an overhead layer column top is hinged with the module is reasonably stressed, the construction production and installation efficiency is high, and the stable structural system is widely applied to the steel structure module layer.
本发明提供一种钢结构模块层与架空层的连接装置及方法,包括设置于模块层的模块柱脚连接部,以及设置于架空层上的架空层柱连接部,所述架空层柱连接部可拆卸连接于所述模块柱脚连接部。所述模块柱脚连接部包括一设置于所述模块层底部的模块柱脚连接件、一用于架设所述模块柱脚连接件的模块底梁。本发明的有益效果是:省去了仅为实现模块与架空层连接而增加的架空层框架梁,有效的减少了工厂对于架空层梁的加工工序,现场安装简单,且节省造价。通过此连接方法,底部在没有框架梁连接的情况下,形成了架空层柱底与基础刚接,架空层柱顶与模块铰接的稳定结构体系,受力合理,施工制作与安装效率高,将在钢结构模块层中得到广泛应用。
