The invention relates to the technical field of hollow floors, and discloses a hollow floor steel bar protective layer cast in situ through a light formwork. The hollow floor steel bar protective layer comprises two symmetrically-arranged supporting rods; a plurality of connecting rods are evenly welded between the face-to-face rod walls of the two supporting rods along a straight line at equal distances; first clamping grooves are symmetrically formed in the rod walls, back to each other and close to the middle, of the two supporting rods; the rod walls, close to one sides of the first clamping grooves, of the supporting rods are connected with first connecting rods through rotating mechanisms; the face-to-face ends of the two first connecting rods are fixedly connected with first clamping rods correspondingly, and the face-to-face ends of the two first clamping rods penetrate through groove openings of the corresponding first clamping grooves correspondingly and extend into the corresponding first clamping grooves; and the rotating mechanisms comprise connecting grooves, tension springs and rotating rods. The steel bar protective layer in a hollow floor can be quickly assembled,a worker does not need to work for a long time, and the short-term processing need is met.
