The invention discloses a water-saving type agricultural irrigation device having a circulating irrigation function, and relates to the technical field of agriculture. The irrigation device includes awater tank; each of the four corners on the top of the water tank is fixedly connected to a fixing rod, and the top ends of the four fixing rods are fixedly connected to a water collecting bucket; and the bottom of the inner wall of the water collecting bucket is fixedly connected to two sets of supporting rods. Through the arrangement of the water collecting bucket, rainwater can be collected inrainy days; the rainwater falling in the water collecting bucket flows into the water tank through a filter screen I, a water outlet pipe, a filter screen II and a water inlet pipe, and the rainwatercan be stored through the water tank, so that irrigation to crops during farmland drought can be achieved, therefore, the reasonable utilization of the rainwater can be realized, and the purpose of saving water resources can be achieved; and through the filter screen I and the filter screen II, the impurities in the rainwater can be filtered step by step, so that the blocking of spraying nozzlesdue to large particle impurities in the rainwater can be avoided, and the normal use of the irrigation device can be guaranteed.
