The invention belongs to the technical field of agricultural irrigation, and particularly discloses an agricultural water-saving irrigation circulating system which comprises an anti-seepage mechanism, a ventilation mechanism and a drip irrigation mechanism, the anti-seepage mechanism comprises a water collecting unit and a plurality of anti-seepage units, and the anti-seepage units are arranged side by side; each anti-seepage unit comprises an anti-seepage film, a drainage pipe and a foundation pit excavated in the cultivation land, the anti-seepage film is laid at the bottom end of the foundation pit, the edge of the anti-seepage film abuts against the side wall of the foundation pit after being turned over, the drainage pipe is arranged at the bottom end of the foundation pit and located at the top end of the anti-seepage film, and a plurality of water seepage holes are formed in the drainage pipe; the drainage pipe is wrapped and wound with a filtering assembly for blocking soil, one end of the drainage pipe penetrates through the impermeable film and communicates with the water collecting unit, the other end of the drainage pipe communicates with the ventilation mechanism, and the water collecting unit is used for supplying water to the drip irrigation mechanism.
