Anti-corrosion maintenance device for seawater filtering grid of cold source system of nuclear power plant
The invention provides an anti-corrosion maintenance device for a seawater filtering grid of a cold source system of a nuclear power plant. The device can be operated by a single person, multi-grid multi-angle multi-path cleaning can be realized, the manpower resource can be greatly saved, and the work efficiency is improved. The device comprises a base, a housing and driven shafts, wherein a drive motor is mounted on the housing, the drive motor drives a driving shaft to rotate through the cooperation of a first bevel gear set, each driven shaft is arranged parallel to the driving shaft, thedriving shaft and the driven shafts are separately provided with belt pulleys in a corresponding mode, a belt is mounted among the belt pulleys, the base is provided with transmission mechanism mounting frames separately corresponding to the driving shaft and the driven shafts, the driving shaft and the driven shafts are separately mounted at the upper ends of the transmission mechanism mounting frames through bearing seats, each transmission mechanism mounting frame is provided with a transmission mechanism, the driving shaft and the driven shafts separately drive the transmission mechanismsthrough the cooperation of second bevel gear sets, a grid cleaning mechanism is connected to the tail end of each transmission mechanism and located at the lower end of the base, and the lower end ofthe base is further provided with supporting rollers corresponding to the grids.
