The invention relates to a nuclear power plant cold source filtering on-line cleaning system which comprises multiple sets of trash holding net trash suction assemblies, a vacuum main pipe, a pumping and discharging unit and a control system, the trash holding net trash suction assemblies can be connected in parallel and are connected with a water inlet pipe of the pumping and discharging unit through the vacuum main pipe, and a water outlet pipe of the pumping and discharging unit is connected with solid-liquid separation equipment through a pipeline. The separated seawater is directly discharged into the sea, and solid garbage, sand grains and marine organisms are transferred for further treatment; in the whole pumping and draining process, marine organisms and garbage are not broken, secondary pollution is avoided, key parts are all located above the water surface, no mechanical action part exists underwater, underwater maintenance is not needed, operability is higher, and safety is higher.
