The invention discloses a high-performance wear-resistant floor and a manufacturing process thereof. The high-performance wear-resistant floor comprises a solid wood layer, a plate layer and a micro-foaming layer, wherein the plate layer is arranged above the solid wood layer, and the micro-foaming layer is arranged below the solid wood layer; a plurality of groups of embedding grooves are formedin the bottom of the micro-foaming layer at equal intervals, and bottom cushion rubber blocks are fixed in the embedding grooves through adhesives; and gluing layers are arranged at the top and the bottom of the solid wood layer, and the solid wood layer is fixed to the plate layer and the micro-foaming layer through the gluing layers correspondingly. The high-performance wear-resistant floor is formed by compounding the solid wood layer, the plate layer and the micro-foaming layer, the overall toughness and strength of the floor are improved through a PVC plate in the plate layer, the overallimpact resistance is further optimized through foam holes of the micro-foaming layer, the overall elastic damping performance of the floor is improved through elastic fibers and elastic rubber ballsin the gluing layers, and the bottom cushion rubber blocks are arranged in a matched mode, so that a certain buffering performance exists between the floor and the ground, and the foot feeling is morecomfortable.
