The method comprises the following steps: (1) reinforcing a ballastless track bed; (2) drilling a wire saw operationhole in the damaged part of the ballastless track bed structural component; (2) cutting the damaged part of the ballastless track bed structural component into removable independent units by adoptinga wire saw; (3) removing the cut structural component; (4) temporarily limiting the ballastless track bed; (5) dismounting a temporary limit; (6) re-pouring the positions of the removed structural parts; (7) performing fine adjustment of the line. The method is simple, quick, safe and reliable, the geometrical state of the ballastless track is stable in the regulation process, the ballastless track supporting layer, the cement emulsified asphalt mortar layer, the CRTS III type track plate and the self-compacting concrete bonding structure can be replaced within skylight time, and normal operation of a train is not affected.
