The invention relates to a ballastless track slab rapid replacement method and a special replacement vehicle. The replacing method comprises the steps that the frame is jacked up and leveled through the multiple hydraulic supporting legs at the bottom of the track board replacing vehicle; the A-side steel rail and the B-side steel rail of the line are lifted by a certain height through a rail lifting device at the bottom of the track plate replacement vehicle; the rigid clamp is fixedly connected with the track plate; the rigid clamp transversely moves the track plate towards the B-side steel rail until the edge of the track plate moves out of the A-side steel rail, and the track plate rotates by an angle around the lifting hook body; the A-side steel rail is put down to the original position of the steel rail through the rail lifting device; then the to-be-replaced track plate is obliquely moved out through the rigid clamp; then the track plate is reversely rotated to be in a horizontal state; then the track plate is moved to the center position of the line; feeding into a plate storage drawer; and a new track plate is hoisted to the track line from the plate storage drawer, and then the steel rails and the fasteners are laid for recovery. The steel rail is not cut off, tools are few, cost is low, construction efficiency is high, and the method is particularly suitable for construction within the skylight time of the high-speed rail.
