A ballastless track bed hidden structure replacing method comprises the following steps: (1) reinforcing a ballastless track bed; (2) crushing and removing the ballastless track bed hidden structure by adopting hydraulic breaking equipment; (3) temporarily limiting the ballastless track bed; (4) dismounting a temporary limit; (5) re-pouring the hidden structure; (6) performing fine adjustment of the line. The method is high in safety, good in construction controllability, free of damage to reinforcing steel bars in the structure and small in influence on the ballastless track bed structure, hidden structures such as plate type and double-block type ballastless track bed filling layers, base plates and supporting layers can be replaced within skylight maintenance time, and normal operationof a train is not affected.
一种无砟道床隐蔽结构更换方法,包括以下步骤:(1)无砟道床加固;(2)采用水力破除设备将无砟道床隐蔽结构破碎移除;(3)无砟道床临时限位;(4)临时限位拆除;(5)隐蔽结构重新浇筑;(6)线路精调。该方法安全性高、施工可控性佳,不损伤结构内部钢筋,对无砟道床结构影响小,可在维修天窗时间内对板式及双块式无砟道床充填层、底座板、支承层等隐蔽结构进行更换作业,不影响列车正常运营。
