The conveying assembly comprises a conveying chain and a plurality of scraper blades arranged on the conveying chain. A gap is formed between the scraper blade and the heating layer; the second output end of the high-temperature flue gas generator is connected with the gas inlet of the shell; the air outlet of the shell is connected with the other end of the fine material elevator. According to the invention, coarse materials and fine materials can be subjected to thermal regeneration at the same time, the production efficiency is improved, the fine materials can be prevented from adhering to the inner wall of the roller after being heated and softened, and the heating efficiency is high.
