The conveying assembly and the heating layer are both arranged in the shell, and the heating layer is arranged at the bottom of the shell. The conveying assembly comprises a conveying chain and a plurality of scraper blades arranged on the conveying chain. A gap is formed between the scraper blade and the heating layer; the second output end of the high-temperature flue gas generator is connected with the gas inlet of the shell, and the input end of the high-temperature flue gas generator is connected with the gas outlet of the shell, so that coarse materials and fine materials can be subjected to thermal regeneration at the same time, the production efficiency is improved, the fine materials can be prevented from adhering to the inner wall of the roller after being heated and softened, and the heating efficiency is high.
