CONTINUOUS RECYCLED ASPHALT MIXTURE PRODUCTION DEVICE
A continuous recycled asphalt mixture production device, comprising a fine material elevator (11), a coarse material elevator (2), a coarse material regeneration mechanism, and a fine material regeneration mechanism (9). One end of the fine material elevator (11) is connected to one end of the coarse material elevator (2); the coarse material regeneration mechanism comprises a high-temperature flue gas generator (4) and a coarse material thermal regeneration roller (5); the other end of the coarse material elevator (2) is connected to the input end of the high-temperature flue gas generator (4); a first output end of the high-temperature flue gas generator (4) is connected to one end of the coarse material thermal regeneration roller (5); the fine material regeneration mechanism (9) comprises a housing (17), and a conveying assembly and a heating layer (16) that both are arranged in the housing (17); moreover, the heating layer (16) is provided at the bottom of the housing (17); the conveying assembly comprises a conveying chain (19) and a plurality of scraper blades (18) provided on the conveying chain (19); a gap is formed between each scraper blade and the heating layer (16); a second output end of the high-temperature flue gas generator (4) is connected to an air inlet (14) of the housing (17); and an air outlet (22) of the housing (17) is connected to the other end of the fine material elevator (11). The device separately heats coarse and fine aggregates, and can prevent the fine aggregates from adhering to the inner wall of the roller.
