The invention discloses a pipeline dredging device for preventing sewage from flowing back for a water conservancy project. The device comprises a fixing column, a hose and a driving motor, wherein asupporting plate is hinged to the left end of the outer surface of the fixing column, an auxiliary plate is rotatably connected to the inner side of the end, close to a moving wheel, of the supportingplate, and a mounting column is in threaded connection with the outer side of the right end of the fixing column. A spray head is obliquely arranged on the outer side of a water conveying pipe, the hose is fixedly connected to the right end of a flow dividing pipe, a limiting plate is fixedly connected to the inner side of a rubber cover through bolts, a mounting base is connected to the left endof the fixing column in a clamped mode, and the left side of the mounting base is fixedly connected with the right side of a box body through bolts.
