A karst cave backfilling method based on karst cave and underground river environment tunnel construction comprises the following steps that S1, an underground river is redirected, so that the underground river does not flow through a karst cave; S2, an upstream diversion intersection of the underground river is blocked; S3, a downstream part, located outside a karst cave area, of the undergroundriver is blocked; S4, the part, between two blocking points, of the underground river is backfilled; S5, a cave wall of the karst cave is protected, and a plurality of anchor cables are evenly constructed on the cave wall; S6, the karst cave is fully filled from bottom to top according to elevations on the basis of underground river backfilling, and the anchor cables are connected with a fully filled backfilling body; and S7, grouting is conducted in a gap between the backfilling body and the cave wall of the karst cave, and the gap is sealed. The karst cave backfilling method has the advantages of being stable, reliable, high in safety and capable of preventing a filler from settling.
