Thermoplastic polyurethane floor and production process thereof
The invention provides a thermoplastic polyurethane floor. The thermoplastic polyurethane floor comprises a wear-resistant layer, a printing layer and a backing material layer, the wear-resistant layer and the printing layer are made of thermoplastic polyurethane materials, the printing layer is connected to the lower portion of the wear-resistant layer, and a pattern texture is printed on one surface of the printing layer. The backing material layer is made of a thermoplastic polyurethane backing material; wherein the thermoplastic polyurethane backing material is prepared from the followingcomponents in parts by weight: 1 to 50 parts of polyurethane polymer, 50 to 100 parts of calcium carbonate, 1 to 20 parts of polyurethane recycled material, 1 to 30 parts of polyacetal or polyamide oracrylonitrile-butadiene-styrene polymer or polypropylene and 1 to 10 parts of a lubricating agent. Therefore, the hardness of the thermoplastic polyurethane floor disclosed by the invention can be controlled by virtue of the formula of the backing material layer.
